The factory serpentine belt length for a Porsche 986 Boxster or 996 Carrera with air conditioning is 2115 mm
(Porsche part # 996 102 151 64).
If you change components, belt length must be adjusted accordingly:
Stock pulley with air conditioning:
2115 mmStock pulley without air conditioning:
1930 mmUnderdrive pulley (4.25–5.0 in diameter) without air conditioning:
1905 mmUnderdrive pulley with air conditioning:
2100–2101 mm (2100 mm is typically used)
