FAQ: Tariffs, Duties & Import Charges
We want your order to reach you smoothly and without surprises. One area that can sometimes cause confusion is tariffs, duties, and import charges. Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order.
Who pays tariffs, duties, and import fees?
These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and are always the customer’s responsibility. They’re not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Why do these charges exist?
Every country has its own rules for bringing in goods from abroad. Customs offices may apply taxes, duties, or other fees based on the item’s value, type, or where it was made.
Can you remove or lower these charges for me?
We wish we could help, but we have no control over these fees. They’re decided by your government, and only your local customs office can confirm or change them.
Can you mark my package as a gift or change its value?
No, we must declare shipments honestly and accurately, including the correct product description, value, and country of origin. Doing otherwise is illegal and could cause serious problems for both you and us.
How can I find out what I might owe?
The best approach is to contact your country’s customs or import office before ordering. They can give you the most accurate, up to date information.
What if I choose not to pay the duties?
If duties aren’t paid, your package may be returned to us or, in rare cases, destroyed by customs. If it’s returned, we can refund your order minus shipping costs and any fees charged to us.
We promise to pack and ship your order with care, but import charges are always in the hands of your local customs. A quick check before ordering can help avoid delays or surprises — and make sure your new purchase gets to you without a hitch.

Are your Heater Switches high quality?
They are an excellent fit and better quality than OEM.
Is the cold air hose with the delete resonator a direct replacement or do I need to buy the throttle body kit?
Throttle body is only required if you buy the upgraded Plenum kit.
What bearing is used for the IMS bearing kit?
Our IMS is fitted with a Cylindrical Bearing.
What parts will I need for my service?
We have a full service kit available which also allows you to withdraw any parts you may not require.
A price to supply and fit a 986 Exhaust Bypass set?
Our Bypass set can be supplied and fitted by our sister company La Rose Porsche, just give them a call and get yourself booked in.
Is it possible to buy a pair of 996 Coffin Arms without bushings?
We only sell the Polybush arms as a set but we can fit them into the arm for you at an extra cost (£15 ex VAT). If you call or email us we might be able to sort something out for you.
When will you get the 987 exhaust back in stock?
We are looking to get them in later this year, we currently have no set date yet.
How long do products take to come back in stock if the website says backordered?
It will depend on if we have ordered any more stock of that current item and it can depend on how long shipping can be to us.
I want a suspension refresh for my Porsche, how do I know if I’m buying the correct parts?
Select your model then go to suspension and you will see a tab called suspension refresh. Here you can add or unadd parts you may need or may not need if they do not need changing.
What are the 2 options for wheel bolts on your website?
We have 2 types of wheel bolts on our website, one is for +5mm (spacers) and then we also have OEM size/length wheel bolts which are exactly the same as OEM.
Is the locking wheel bolt set the same as OEM?
Yes they are a direct replacement for standard Porsche wheels, they are also the same quality as OEM.
What are the benefits of fitting the GT2/GT3 Coffin Arms?
The key benefits are adjustable camber and improved handling for road use and track use.
When will your coolant hoses be back in stock?
We do not have an ETA yet.
I am not sure if this part will fit my car?
Please contact us and we can help you make sure you’re buying the correct parts.
SHIPPING
Do you ship worldwide?
We only ship certain products worldwide, other products can be purchased upon request via our email.
What company do you use to ship your products with?
We use DPD for everything except UK orders for Heater Switches, which we ship via 1st class Royal Mail.
Can I pay over the phone?
Yes, give us a call and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
Do you take payments via PayPal?
We avoid taking PayPal due to the excessive fee structure. Please contact us if this is your only payment option.
How long does shipping take?
For UK orders, it will be the next day (if ordered before 3.30 pm). For Europe, it can take up to 7 working days, and for the rest of the world, it can take up to 14 days.
What happens if a parcel goes missing or gets damaged during shipping?
We will resend your order free of charge and have DPD investigate the issue further before making a final decision.
I want to change my shipping address, but the order has already been shipped. What should I do?
Please contact us via email, and we will get in touch with DPD to request the address change if it’s not too late.
How much does shipping cost?
All UK orders will cost £7.50 ex VAT using DPD as our courier.
Will I get a tracking number with my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been packed and scanned by DPD (no tracking number is available with Royal Mail).
How much would shipping be to other countries?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination.
Can I choose which courier my parcel is shipped with?
No, we use DPD for all parcels, and small items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class.
Who do you ship with if my parcel is going to Europe?
We use DPD for everything except UK orders for Heater Switches, which we ship via 1st class Royal Mail.
What are your shipping & handling charges?
Standard-size parcels cost £9. Global prices vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of each parcel.
Can I change my address mid-delivery?
Yes, DPD allows you to change your delivery address as long as it’s not too late for them to make the change.
Can I choose what time DPD comes to my address?
If you email us, we can request a specific time slot, but this will incur an additional cost.
Worldwide Sales
Please contact us via email for assistance with purchasing through our website. We also accept payments via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
What happens if I refuse to pay import duty or tax?
Your order will be returned to us by the courier, and we will issue a refund minus the cost of all shipping and an admin fee.
What’s your product availability like?
Most of the products listed on our website are held in stock at our warehouse and are dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Some items are dispatched directly from the manufacturer and may take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery.

How do I get a refund?

Can I return my order if it’s been fitted?
No, we cannot accept returns on fitted products as we are unable to resell them.
I ordered more than 14 days ago; will I still get a full refund?
If the products have not been used, we can offer a 75% refund on your order.
My part has failed, what should I do?
If a part fails within 2 years (or 3 years for most suspension arm products), you can return it, and we will send a replacement.
I want to cancel my order before it’s dispatched. What should I do?
Please email us, and we will cancel your order. We can issue a refund either via phone or bank transfer, whichever is most convenient for you.
I was sent the wrong product. How will you fix this?
Please email or call us to report the issue, and we will send out the correct item at no extra charge.
Do I get a refund if I have already fitted the product?
It depends on the condition of the product and whether it is still in a resellable state.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days, provided the product has not been fitted or used. If the product is returned after 14 days, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
When will I receive my tracking number?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been packed and the shipping label printed. DPD will also send you a text message with tracking details.
My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please take a photo of the damaged product and email it to us. We will investigate and either send you a replacement or offer a refund.
