The OEM fuel system has various restrictions which are each addressed with this upgrade with the added benefit of a 25% increase in line bore diameter. The increase in fuel delivery and reduction in fuel pump controller duty is significant.
These lines are easily installed improving the flow from any original location Low Pressure Fuel Pump and nets significant benefits even when coupled to the OEM pump.
Our lines are manufactured from stainless steel braided nitrile hose, with nylon over braid for maximum durability. A combination of black aluminium AN-6 fittings and high flow quick connectors form what we feel is a top quality kit that offers great value.
There are two options, one of which fits the OEM HPFP (including those with upgraded internals) and the other fits onto our Ecotune HPFP with an AN-6 fitting.
This kit includes the following:
Engine Bay Upgrade
This product replaces the engine bay fuel lines running from the bulkhead to feed the MPI rail and HPFP. There is a join over the inlet manifold where a FlexFuel sensor can be incorporated.(Flex Sensor not required but can be incorporated)
Tank to engine bay upgrade
This product replaces the fuel line directly from the cap of the Low Pressure Fuel Pump and connects to our engine line upgrade at the Flex Sensor split.
